So yesterday was a workout with a personal trainer just to see where I was and what not. Today was all cardio without the trainer and I ran for over 3 miles. I love my nike ipod thing as it let me set a goal of 3 miles and every .5 mile it told me where I was. Nice... more ...

This is the 1,842 time that I have brought this site back from the dead. I don't know what it is but sometimes I forget to post to this blog, then it dies, and then I remember and have to bring it back to life. I don't even know CPR, but yet, here the site is up and alive again. I can only hope that my magic voodoo I run on this site doesn't come back to haunt me.
Oh some specific details of how this site runs and all that jazz. Backend is powered by my own creation: BTDir. The design is called Midnight by Free CSS Templates and the image is from PDPhoto.org.
