Today's Work Out Aug 19th

So yesterday was a workout with a personal trainer just to see where I was and what not. Today was all cardio without the trainer and I ran for over 3 miles. I love my nike ipod thing as it let me set a goal of 3 miles and every .5 mile it told me where I was. Nice... more ...
